Drinks are whisked to order at a counter bar where staff invite you to lean in and watch, and the menu stays deliberately narrow, with matcha served straight, matcha lattes with the sweetness dialled to preference, and a case of wagashi including dorayaki, kintsuba and imokin. It opens at 8am daily with no regular closing day, making it one of central Tokyo's few genuinely early matcha stops. An English menu is available.
