Opened 15 October 2025 just inside Takeshita Street, this two-floor salon splits its work between a cafe and a working tea room. The second floor serves custom Uji matcha lattes and matcha desserts supervised by Chikusuian, the Kita-Kamakura tea house, alongside NOA's long-running handmade waffles and gelato. The third floor holds Chikusuian's Harajuku annex, where a tea master whisks a bowl of usucha with a seasonal wagashi in front of you for 1,500 yen on a walk-in basis; a longer reserved plan lets you whisk your own. No etiquette knowledge is expected.
